ChapCare provides health insurance enrollment services. Covered California and Medi-Cal enrollment services are available. People interested in enrolling in the Los Angeles County My Health LA Program can do so at any of our health center locations.

Health Insurance Enrollment

ChapCare’s Certified Enrollment Counselors can help you enroll in a Covered California Qualified Health Plan, Medi-Cal, or the Los Angeles County My Health LA Program. The Counselors will walk you through your health insurance options, and help complete your application to access a health insurance plan.

Post Enrollment Support

Once you have enrolled in health insurance, in some instances, you will need to select a health plan and/or medical home. ChapCare’s Certified Enrollment Counselors can assist you with all of your post-enrollment questions, and help you navigate the health insurance system to effectively use your health insurance.

All Enrollment Appointments Are Temporarily Being Done By Phone.

ChapCare currently offers free health insurance enrollment services, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 12pm and 1:00pm – 5:00pm, exclusively through telephone appointments. There will be no in-person enrollment appointments until further notice.
