COVID-19 vaccines are available for those who are ages 5+. Booster shots are are available for those who are 18+. For those who received the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine series, boosters are available for ages 12+. There is no out-of-pocket cost. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.

Community members can access COVID-19 testing through OptumServe, a leading health services innovation company under contract with the State of California.
Optum is currently offering COVID-19 testing at two ChapCare locations (our Vacco Health Center in South El Monte and our Kathryn Barger Health Center in Pasadena).
